What is F2CON?

Tennessee's newest gaming and esports convention powered by CDE Lightband’s Fiber Fast Network.

Who is the organizer of F2CON?

This event is produced by CDE Lightband, Visit Clarksville and Clarksville Parks & Recreation.

When is F2CON?

F2CON will take place September 6-8, 2024.

Where is F2CON?

F2CON will be held in the Wilma Rudolph Convention Center located inside of Liberty Park at 8 Champion's Way, Clarksville, TN 37040.

How do I register?

What method of payments are acceptable?

F2CON is a cashless event. Registration and games can be paid for using Venmo.

How much does it cost?

Who needs a ticket?

All spectators and players seven-years-old and up need a ticket to enter F2CON. Please note, F2CON recommends all children under 18 attend with an adult and all children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Drop your parents off at the Park a Parent section. Let them enjoy free WiFi, CDE Lightband Streaming TV and other amenities in the lounge area.

Is there a refund policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased for F2CON.

Do I need to bring cash?

How old do competitors need to be?

Competitors must be 13 years or older to enter into competition without parent/guardians permission. If you are younger than 13, your parents will have to sign you up to compete.

Are there vendors and non-tournament activities at F2CON?

Yes! All spectators (non-competitors) will have unlimited access to general activities, vendors and the main stage viewing area.

What does bring your own controller mean?

Competitors and Spectators will need to bring an arcade stick or console controller with them to the event. There will only be a limited number of controllers available for rental. We advise all Competitors and Spectators to mark their controllers in some form to ensure they can be identified if lost or misplaced during the event. Are controller converters allowed?

Visit our Games page for controller rules. Tournament Administrators will have final say.

Are wireless controllers/arcade sticks allowed?

Yes, but there are limitations. It must be plugged in with a USB-C cord. Visit our Games page for controller rules.

F2CON Safety Policy

The safety and security of our staff, exhibitors and attendees is our priority. We work closely with the venue and local law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans.

Everyone attending F2CON should be aware of the following security measures:

    Security and staff will be onsite at all times to assist you during all aspects of F2CON.
    Everyone must wear their F2CON badge at all times. This includes exhibitors, vendors, players, press, staff, and crew. Spectators must have their wristbands visible.

Everyone attending F2CON is requested to:

    Keep personal property with you at all times and do not leave any items unattended.
    If you see something, say something. Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious, or out of place to F2CON staff or security immediately.
    Properly dispose of your F2CON badge inside the venue or keep it as a souvenir – please do not sell it or throw it away in trash cans outside the venue where it could be picked up
    Carry a valid form of photo ID at all times
What do I do if I find/lose something?

Please bring all found items to the registration table located in the lobby.

Can I bring my pet?

No. The only animals permitted in the Convention Center are service animals.

Will I be on camera?

In purchasing a badge and in consideration for being admitted to the event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases F2CON from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits F2CON and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the event.

No outside streaming or photography will be allowed.

No weapons are allowed on the premise.

Is there WiFi at F2CON?

Thanks to our amazing partner CDE Lightband and their super fast 10 gig internet, there will be plenty free wifi for everyone!

Disclaimers

Tickets and/or badges (“Badges”) for the event (“Event”) are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, or resold. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the Badge is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the Badge without compensation. Each Badge must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event. The Event’s operating hours, and schedules are subject to change or cancellation without notice. F2CON is not responsible for lost or stolen Badges. There are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Attendees of the Event and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this Badge and/or Wristband (at time of purchase) and attending the Event, the Players and Spectators freely and voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage that Attendee may sustain as a result of attending the Event.
